From the South the trick is routing, and that is exactly what we do every week. A direct hop into Kashi, a road leg across to Ayodhya, and a smart return through Lucknow or Delhi — so a long-distance pilgrimage feels effortless.
- ✓Bengaluru (BLR) has direct flights to Varanasi (VNS) on IndiGo, with a block time of around 2h 45m — the fastest way for South-Indian pilgrims to reach Kashi without changing planes.
- ✓On dates without a convenient non-stop, a single-stop routing via Delhi or Hyderabad is often comfortably priced and only adds a couple of hours.
- ✓For Ayodhya, there is no everyday direct from Bengaluru yet — we fly you to Lucknow (LKO) or Delhi and then drive, or use the new Ayodhya airport (AYJ) when a workable connection exists.
- ✓The train from Bengaluru is a very long haul (well over 30 hours to Varanasi), so flights are the practical choice; we use rail only for short internal legs if it genuinely helps.
