How to Cancel
Email your cancellation request to varanasi@tourtripx.com with your booking reference number. Cancellations are effective from the date of written receipt.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For UPI, IMPS, or bank transfers, refunds typically reflect within 5 business days.
Force Majeure
In case of tour cancellation due to natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events, we will offer date rescheduling or credit notes valid for 12 months. Monetary refunds in such cases are subject to supplier (hotel, transport) recovery.
