A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment (minimum 25% of total package value) and written confirmation from our team. Verbal commitments are not binding.

Full payment is due 7 days before the departure date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance paid.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, temple closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide equivalent alternatives and communicate any changes promptly.

TourTripX Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays caused by natural events, government orders, or circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all pilgrimages.

Guests are expected to respect local customs, temple dress codes, and the comfort of other pilgrims. We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
